Homeless 21-Year-Old Convict ID'd As Stabbing Suspect, Lancaster Police Say

A 21-year-old man experiencing homelessness has been identified as the primary suspect of a stabbing in Lancaster, authorities announced on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

Jerome Strive Jr. was identified through an investigation conducted by Detective Burgett, according to the updated release. 

He is wanted on a warrant for the felony charge of aggravated assault in connection with the man stabbed in the torso on Monday, April 17, 2023, the police explained.

Strive is currently serving five years of probation for drug related offenses and endangering the welfare of children, court records show. 

He is described as a 5'10" tall Black man weighing 145 lbs, according to the release.
